Prayer request. A good friend, fellow AF Vet & former Defense Contractor co-worker just underwent brain surgery to remove a tumor that was affecting his motor functions on one side. Just learned the surgery is completed but will be a while before we know how successful.

1 Chronicles 5:20

"They cried out to God during the battle, and he answered their prayer because they trusted in him."

Good news! My friend in Tampa (Bill's) surgery went well and, believe it or not, he's actually already back home! He said he noticed a huge improvement with his feeling and strength on the affected side almost immediately after waking up! I did a FaceTime with him today and saw the scar - YIKES! His scar runs from just at the top of his forehead, across the right-top of the skull, almost all the way to the back of his head, then curves down and around to just above his right ear! It was MUCH bigger scar than I thought he would have. But the good news is, he's doing great and will likely recover fully! Thanks for any prayers that went up!

Great news over all, sir.

Good to hear! Especially in these times! Best wishes for continued recovery (and quick hair growth to cover some of the scar.)
