I had to run up the mountain Friday to winterize the water system on my cabin [84 miles round trip]. For a change I left the TR-6 at home and dug out my old Mitsubishi. I had forgotten what a blast it was on the mountain roads. Front drive and twice the power of the TR. Quite a different experience. It blasts out of turns with a howl, and with disc brakes on all wheels, you can brake way late into corners. It has had some serious chassis mods over the 20 years I have owned it. Not British, but still fun. ...J.D.
