Pulled Ms Triss out of the garage today and this was lying on the ground - drivers side probably around the front suspension. It looks fairly specific. Any ideas anyone?

Looks like a fairly generic off the shelf bolt to me.
1/4" x 20 I would bet.

I've been under the impression that most bolts are NF.(Fine) This one looks NC. (Coarse)...... hmmmmm?

3/16" x 3/4" NC? Coarse thread fasteners usually screw into aluminum. Is there any info on the head?

can't think of what it might be - maybe it rolled under? Can't think of an accessory that I would have used.

On my car someone used a generic bolt on the pinch bolt end of the shaft. It needs a collared bolt and will fracture over time. Nothing worse than pulling on your steering wheel and having the shaft pull out 😜. Just be safe.

Maybe it goes to the swaybar locating clamp?

Looks like I had one of my old tractors parked there! Every time I get on my old Case I look on the floor to see what fell off!

Increasingly that's even when I get off the couch. :ROFLMAO:
