Being a beautiful day in the low 70s, and SWMBO off with friends for the day I put my time to good use! I removed the rear fender bead, did a little bondo clean-up and primed! I like the look even though purists will cringe...it may be my imagination, but it makes it look wider to me!!

Although, I think I would have used body solder.

What type of filler did you use?
 
I tack welded the panels from underneath and used the fiberglass resin jelly!
 
Looks a lot better than rust for sure.
 
Boy you've got that right Jack!! Those rust mites are downright scary! :eeek: Scoured them out and then drowned them with Ospho!
