Many of us BCF members are old dudes and have various
health issues. We take them in stride and perhaps forget
the stress our wives are living with as they try to
be supportive of us. My wife is a Brit so of course she
maintains a "stiff upper lip".

My wife has been thru 3 months of heck and sleepless
nights what with all the testing that has been on this
poor old body of mine. Today we got some final, critical
tests results that came out moderately good.

So what champagne would an architect purchase for his wife
as a token of gratitude? We should all stop and thank our
wives from time to time and give the Big Guy a thanks, as well.

Any bubbly is good when you get moderately good news from the "Quacks" Dale. My preference is Mumm.Mind you,I'd probably take a single malt as well.
Good health mi amigo.

Stuart.

French: Veuve La Grande Dame
US: Etoile

You won't go far wrong with either.

Y como se dice en mi rinconcillo:

Salud, pesetas y amor. Y tiempo para gozarlos!

Glad you got some good news!

Ah, Lady of Spain! Good stuff.

your post reminds me of a story.

Guy goes to the doctor.

After he is examined

Doc: "your too fat, and need to lose weight"

Guy: "can I get another opinion?"

Doc: " yes, your ugly, too"
