Hello

I'm in the UK with a 1951 MKVI Bentley

a 1963 BJ7 Healey 3000

and today my fully rebuilt (by me) TR3A has passed its MOT and I've applied for road tax, so I can drive in on the roads after nearly two years in bits.

I've had a brief look around the forum, it's seems friendly and fun, so I look forward to meeting fellow enthusiasts and discussing mechanicals.

Sweet!!! Welcome aboard, Ash!

Hi There Ash,

"WELCOME" to "THEE" best LBC Forum anywhere but I`m certain you already know that.

Great looking collection you have there. "I`m envious", especially the TR3A.

Have Fun Here,

Welcome! :savewave:

Welcome indeed - a fellow-countryman, and even fellow county-man. I was born and brought up just outside Gloucester, on the Severn at Elmore.
I see stone walls - are you up in the hills?

Born in Harescombe, grew up in Frampton on Severn and now living on the hill at Bussage which is between Stroud and Cirencester!

I spent much of the sixties in and around London, but otherwise a Gloucestershire man.

Then you should know the very local little saying:

Uley, Ebley, Coaley, Cam,
Frampton, Fretherne and Arlingham,
All begins with 'A'.

Blimey Roger! A local man in Richmond Texas.

The Healey was photographed behind Aston Down on the Cherrington Road

This is Prescott Hill Climb just the other side of Cheltenham

I used to be a VSCC member, and have been to Prescott many times. My father held the 1100cc Vintage Sports record for many years in his Austin, Simplicity.
My avatar shows me in an Austin Ulster in 1973, at a VSCC meeting at Llandow, in Wales.
Your picture brings a little lump to the throat!
