I have new replacement cylinder block studs (4 long and 5 short) for my 948. I need to understand where each sits / is situated on the block (prior to installing the head gasket and head


Can someone advise? I can't find the info in the manuals.

Set your rocker shaft on the head In it's correct orientation and you will see how everything should go.

the 4 long studs go through the rocker shaft the 5 short only through the head.
Easy to see 4 on one side and 5 on other.
 
Glad you changed them
I swear they are made with some slightly harder than peanut butter
amazing how much they stretch
