948 aluminum head gasket

looking for a head gasket that is egg shaped to allow for exhaust valve for a 948 engine. I have tried several sources and have not found one.
this head is over 40 years old. If I cannot find the gasket , I will need to buy a new head . any recomendations

APT Fast's website says to call for availability. What sources have you tried? Moss, British Car Specialists, Healey Surgeons, Bugeye Guy, and Winner Circle are some that I would check with.
