Having dinner at one of our favorite burger joints tonight, the misses and I spot an immaculate white 928 rolling into the parking lot.

We ended up leaving at same time so I wandered over and said hi and told him I hadn't seen one in such beautiful condition in forever. He smiled and said that while it wasn't a daily driver he does take it out regularly.

It was an S4, too.

" the misses and I spot an immaculate white 928 rolling into the parking lot."

So, how many "misses" did you take to dinner? :jester:

(Great car - wish I could say I at least drove one once! I think it's the bane of the "great cars", that they're sadly rarely driven.)

I've ridden in one and they are a fantastic car. Very, very under-rated.

Sadly, a lot have been spoiled by the addition of American V8s.

They are still cheap to buy but I'd bet these things will rise in value, especially the more basic, pure early cars. You read it here first! :friendly_wink:
