Built for the $2007 Grassroots Challenge (and inspired by three of my students, who finished 5th in a previous Challenge). It was actually built for under $1000. I never ran it in the Challenge (yet) but it's seen lots of track action in '07 and '08. Surprisingly fast and agile.
