Are ya puttin in that water heater?

Held firm on that.
The 2 real estate people are paying for that

I tied it once - I hope no one else sees my work....
This is why I pay professionals to do that kind of work.
Thare's a joke that goes with that .....
Doctor - (Looking at the plumber's bill) "$500!,I ought to
give up,& become a plumber"

Plumber - "Why do you think I quit being a Doctor,& became
a plumber?"
- Doug

Can usually fix most things
I wad complaining about a new bath sink that had leaks above the p-trap.
Replaced everything and fiddled with it for days
Eventually fixed it by replacing the brand new neck off the sink drain that came with the faucet.

Now I have a drip over the main line where it comes into the house at a 90 .I'll let a professional handle that.
250' from the meter and a 2 story house above it . there is a lot of water there.

Also have a drip on an old pex style line that is not made anymore .
Hope the guy has a fix for that

800 bills to fix 2 leaks...and I am happy to spend it.
Well, actually my wife is paying for it

I took 2 leaks today and it didn't cost me anything :jester:

when you get to our age I bet they were :yesnod:

Why do they call it plumbing when there's no plums in it anywhere???

Yes, yes, I know why.....it was a rhetorical question of sorts.....

That's because it was done all wrong in the trailer parks of the south and the midwest.

Actually I like mine.
Was an easy fix once it was thought about
