77 B out of the weeds

A few months back a pal came to me with a deal.."help" him refurbish a 71 BGT and I could have his 77 B..never hit, zero rust(New Mexico car forever) good top, fair interior, all the clearcoat flaking and a small crack in glass. Steel wheels, o/d that works great. I said sure. The GT is close to paint, interior is ready to install, had an o/d trans. shipped in, so won't be long. Yesterday I went out and charged the battery and it fired right up. Blew the dust off and drove it a bit, everythings fine, also has an aftermarket two barrel...got lots of power. Sure don't need it, but am weighing the choices of a strip and paint, new windscreen and basic re-do, or sell it like it is. Has a c/d plater, taninterior, luggage rack.
