Looking at the diagram I got from here I am trying to fix the gas and temp gauge. They are in line with the tach. The tach works so the next stop is the voltage stabiliser. So where is it and what does it look like? Thanks for any help.

Hello Zer,
it is a small, about 1" x 5\8" by 5\16", metal cased with a little fixing lug. It has two terminals and is often attached to the speedometer or tachometer casing. Else somwhere under the dash. I think the wire colours are green and light green on supply and output respectively.
