Are the hubs better on a GT6 than a Spitfire? There is a 1970 GT6 (round tail) at the local pick your part that has hub, steering rack, a-arms, rear suspension left. Anything worth grabbing as cheap upgrade? (note: brakes are gone already /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif )

Oh there is also a pair of horns that I could pick up if anyone needs them

Z, if the price is right, grab anything you think you can use. The rear hubs are the same, as is the front suspension with the exception of the stub axles. The GT6 items are beefier, and have been the setup on racing Spits forever, so take the front uprights, if nothing else. I'm interested in the horns, if you can snag them with the brackets.

thanks - I'll take whatever I can remove with hand tools. I'll grab those horns. They were off already (car is pretty stripped) so I'll see if I can find the mounts.
