Spitfire '69 Spitfire pieces available

In January a "rescued" a '69 Spitfire from the crusher. It has a rust free body tub. I have not had any takers on the whole body, so I'm going to remove the right rear fender for my own use. I have someone that wants the drivers side floor.
Anybody want anything else? I have the bonnet, doors, whatever is left of the body, and a good frame. Cheap! Anybody??? I'd consider trades for some small things I need for my Spitfire ('69 also)
Parts are located in northern Colorado.
PM me if interested,

Seems a shame to carve up a solid tub when the pieces you mention are readily available. Perhaps you could advertise through local clubs, on the VTR web site and triumphspitfire.com web site, and through some of the Triumph and Spitfire-specific e-mail lists? (I can help spread the word if you like -- let me know here or via private message.)

Of course, I appreciate that transportation is always a problem, but there are definitely folks out there who could put an entire solid tub to good use, and you could put the cash to equally good use!

Andy, Put the word out wherever possible. I would much rather sell the whole thing and buy the pieces I need than butcher the body. There doesn't seem to be much interest in this area, but it would be a lifesaver for anyone in the rust belt. If someone wants to buy me the pieces I need, I'd give them the whole body! You can post my contact info too. For all the world to see, here it is:

Thanks for the help, I also have a pretty good '69 Spitfire project I'd give up too, I'd like to get started on my Herald.

/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gifI'll also mention, since Bruce lives near me, I can provide hauling between the Denver area and the Detroit area for a reasonable rate. There is potential short term storage at the Mi. end as well, and it's about 5 minutes off of I-75. I need to pick up my uber-rusty TR4 sometime in the next few months and will most likely heading that way. Contact Bruce or PM me if intrested.
