'65 Spridget Master Cylinder Rebuild Issue

Gents,

I can not get the internal components out of the cylinders. I poured mystery oil in and let it sit for a few days. I was able to then get them to push in skightly, but even with air I can't get them to move out. Any suggestions or will I have to replace the master? Where do I get a reconditioned one?

Thank you,

Henry

all of the little spring clips are out of there? If I remember correctly, there were a few when I took my 68's MC apart.

Be persistant. Liquid wrench (not WD40 or silicone spray) try some heat too.
If they move alittle, they will come out.
If all else fails, I have a rebuildable spare and the pistons are already out.
