I think the car is a steal at that price. Super solid looking body with all the right setups right from the get go!
5 speed would be a nice option if someone was willing to pay to keep it with the car.

+1 on that being a screaming deal. If it was closer and I had the room (which I don't), I'd be very sorely tempted to pull the trigger.

It is a steal indeed. Just think about it. The 1275 Engine, the 5 speed transmission and the 3.9 rear end together is worth $5K. If you have a Spridget especially a Bugeye you can buy it and drive it home, dismantle it and stick it in your LBC and your off to the races.The whole conversion from a 948 and a 4 speed and a 4.2 is right there. So I highly recommend it as I know for a fact that BILL M knows his mechanics.
