The usual rust in the sills and rusted-out forward leaf spring mounts. I don't worry too much about the mechanical stuff in these cars...it's the chassis that can get "too far gone".
But it's always good to note the engine oil pressure at idle when fully warmed up. It *should be* at least 20 psi. This car is likely a 1098, which is not quite as good as the later 1275 engine. If possible, drive car and make sure syncros are OK and car doens't pop out of gear when backing off throttle.
But to me, hidden rust is the big enemy.
