Spitfire 61 Spitfire

If anyone is interested there is a 61 spitfire in the pull-a-part ( south ) here in Atlanta.It has a very good front clip ,no rust or dents,engine/trans still there,the carbs are gone, very good radiator,doors,trunk lid.Prices are very cheap,you could probaly get the front clip for less than a hundred.Good luck
 
FYI: Can't be a '61! The Spitfire was introduced in the UK in fall 1962, and the first US introduction was January 1963!

But if it's an early roundtail (any idea what the commission number is?), perhaps it's worth salvaging whole if the yard would allow it?
