I don't think it's your system, just Google trying to redesign a service while people are using it. Try this one:

PS, give it some time to load. I get the warning that IE7 does not fully support Google Drive, but if I wait a minute or so, it will finally load.
Does anyone have a suggestion for a free on-line repository that works better?
PPS, My mistake. It loads in IE7, but the "File" button doesn't work to do a download. My suggestion is to install FireFox and use that (I like it much better than IE anyway, but don't get a choice here @ work).
