TR2/3/3A 59 TR3 on Ebay

Mebbe they don't like the color of the overspray on the radiator cap

I notice it was listed on April 20, with a starting price of $12,999.

Then just today, it got its first (and so far, only) bid - $12,999. The bidder has an ebay history of "1".

Might be the seller just started at too high a price, and scared away any competition.

I just added it to my Watch List, and will be interested to see if it sells to that one bidder, but turns up on ebay again in a week or two - probably by the original seller.

Well, it's had a hideous respray. Some of the shots show off the orange-peel very effectively.

Moseso,

If a man says something in the forest,
and there isn't a woman around to hear it,
is he still wrong?

Love it!

Made me laugh & made my day

Thanks

I actually dropped my mother in her tracks one day with that one. We were walking along, I was telling this to Dad -- and about 15 paces after I finished, I realize Mom's not still with us. I looked back and she was doubled over, laughing.

Quality of paint job aside, I'd say well bought. Somebody could have some fun with that car for not a lot of money.

I'm inclined to agree with you.

Is it just me or do the lines on the hardtop seem to belong to a different vehicle - maybe of a different era?
