5/16 or 3/16 line for fuel?

what's original on the bugeyes? I believe it's 3/16.

Is it alright if I run 5/16 line?

I'm running SU H2s, and a napa universal pump with 2-4psi pressure.

thanks.

I don't know what the size is on the Sprites, but I seriously doubt the the fuel line on ANY car is 3/16". The ones I've always seen have been either 5/16" or 3/8"...I would imagine there might be some 1/4" fuel lines out there.

Better check with Fuel-land Security on all liquids. Seriouly tho.....either 1/4" or 5/16' will be fine unless your pumping the big HP numbers.

BUT....the carburetors want to see a max of 3psi. Use the small inexpensive adjustable 2 to 5 psi Holley regulator.

pretty sure it's 1/4" on my spridget for the hardlines. I run 5/16" on all my soft lines.

You don't need an upgrade to 5/16 or 3/8 all the way through for a little a series block, but it's not going to hurt...

The original was 1/4". As long as you are not racing the 1/4" stuff works great. Keep it simple. I do run all 5/16th on my cars.
