DSL is NOT high speed. With the average upstream speed of a 6 meg dsl service, it could well take 12 hours or more to upload a 1 gb video file.

I'm just guessing here, but the 1.30 is probably Mbps, and the 32 is probably in Kbps, which explains your slow upload problem. You should try running it again and looking at the units.
32 Mbps for an upload speed would be really fast, and 32 Kbps would be really slow.
In my experience, most decent cable connections are 10 to 30 Mbps download and 2 to 6 Mbps upload.
