4 seater original Healey hard top on ebay

Hey,
Wish I knew how to do a link to the ebay ad but there is a 4 seater original top on ebay right now with a $2500 buy it now but will consider an offer. It is item # 181757395620.
Not perfect but okay with all the right parts and pieces still there and seems like a good price. Just throwing it out there as have no connection with seller.

What is the attraction to a Healey with a hard top? I really enjoy my car 100% more with the top down. A hard top makes that impossible.
 
I purchased a hardtop for my BT7 about 15 years ago and was amazed at what an improvement it made in the driving experience compared to the soft top. I would put it on in the late fall and off in the early spring. Made driving the Healey almost like a "Real car". Quiet enough to have a conversation as a well as dry and wind free. Quite a unique experience compared top down. Made driving to work in the winter a pleasure. I would even say you could better experience the car with the hardtop on because you can feel and hear the machine itself rather than the buffeting wind and traffic noise.
Since moving to the coast where the temperatures are moderate all year long, I don't use the hardtop very often, but when I put it on, I still enjoy what a different experience it makes.:eagerness:
