This was a very special weekend for us. This past Friday evening,
at historic fort San Cristobal, Janmari Hueso and Ramon Negron
were married. Wendy was the Maid of Honor. I was her escort.
This was a full 1780s, Spanish Court re-enactment wedding with
military guards, cannon retort, horses and coaches and a military
escort thru the historic Old San Juan. A historic dressmaker/tailor
from Mass., America made 20 wedding outfits for the core wedding
group. The San Juan 1700's re-enactment militia provided the Honor
Guards. A Reception for 100 invited guests was be held at the
grandmother's (Jan) 17th-18th century, restored Spanish mansion.
