OK almost got the H6 SU carbs put back but where does the 4th cork seal go?

I have three in the Jet assembly (2 small and 1 large) but not sure where the 4th about a 1/2" in diameter goes.

Cork or fiber? Fiber could be the gasket for the top of the float bowl, but I can't think of any other cork gaskets. Maybe the kit has extra parts to cover other carbs?
