Give this a try!

OK, this isn't "humor" per se, but it is an amusing diversion, and a bit addicting. I just can't figure out why the computer gets more points for winning a game than I do.

Oh well, report your scores here!

282 so far. I know I can do better! Oh well, there goes a day of billable hours.

Geez, I was planning on a 26 hour day too.

I got a 950 in the chopper, but, if they were real I would have amassed the national debt in ruined airframes.

The red cross evidently doesn't want me playing the pong. Any fixes mentioned?

I know that pong game isn't for everyone, but how do you goose-egg? You get one point for serving the first ball.

i think my shockwave player has a software hole in it....right in the middle of my paddle...lol.
cant break 220 ..yet

Lawguy-okay, I goose-egged in that I never managed to win a "round"....I won two of them just now. Scored 111 points as well. The first time I tried it I scored about fifty points, maybe less.
Never was any good at tennis.

OK that makes sense. I have been playing on and off for a couple of years. When I started, my performance was probably not as good as yours.

However, yesterday I scored a 438 and actually beat the computer by about 40 points.

BTW- it seems the computer gets 40 points for winning a game and you or I get about 20. That just isn't right!

835 on the chopper after about 10 tries. Decided it was best to give up before it took over my life.

Cheers,

Try www.freearcade.com if you never want to have a productive work day again.

2nd try on 3D pong: 374 I've played it about a year ago when I was bored at school though.

After about 10 minutes: 758 Chopper

I got beat by the old people

I'm 19 btw

That's alright, whippersnapper, I won't mention having 1450 on my most recent try. I'm 32, grew up on cheesy atari games so this is my home turf.

Ye whelp! In my day the graphics were blocky and the games simple, and we liked it that way. And what do you think we did when we ran out of levels? Win? Heck no, we marched right back to the first one and did them all again, and we liked it that way. Did we have some million control fancy-schmancy doohicky to control our games? Heck, no, we had a wiggly paddle or chunky joystick with one button to fire the one weapon on the screen, and we liked it that way. Did we order new games off the Mamby-pamby internet? Heck no, we got driven to the store, uphill both ways, in the snow. It built character; it put hair on your chest, and we liked it that way.
