#31 SU H6 carb rebuild

Though it doesn't appear my butterfly & throttle shafts
need rebuilding, the jet cork gland washers were totally deteriorated, therefore, I used a gasket rebuild kit from Joe Curto ( from TRF, 2ea. Kits for $94.00).
this kit contained all gaskets, sm needles, jets and float gaskets and needle valve assembly.
in addition i purchased Teflon jet gaskets (010) &
buna-N 3/4" x 1/8" O ring, for the sealing/jet adj. nut from Tom Bryant, to use instead of the cork supplied in the curto kit.
Tom advised chamfering the side jet ports to keep from damaging the Teflon o-rings.

in disassembling, the float bowls, I found the banjo stud on #1 was stripped, so I'm waiting on a part from Joe to finish up.
I have attached a few jet rebuild shots, following Tom's examples.
