3 point seat belt options in a Bugeye

I got my first MG Midget when I was 16. My dad bought the 3-point seat belts available at that time. Similar to Moss 222-206 for reference. I really don't like them. They were non-retractable which meant they constantly needed to be adjusted and they never fit well and the shoulder belt always wanted to slide off my shoulder. I was constantly having to hike it up. Big hassle and I'm not sure they would have helped in a collision. In looking them up just now I saw that there are other newer versions available including retractable. One of the newer styles might work better.

I just mounted a retractable 3-point belt in my Mk2 and it works fine. It came from Vicky Brit and with the wheel arch bracket kit it runs a little over a hundred bux.

You could just drill a hole a put a large heavy fender washer on the underside.
