Mickey NEEDS that boat-tail!!!!

WOW!!!

Thing's gotta be worth double that with a bit of TLC.

Wow,Doc a beautiful car indeed. I should kick myself spending
$48,000 on a TR6 that can haedly make it to the grocery store without a flatbed ride home.

What do they say?

"Fools and their $ money are soon parted."

The TR6 was the biggest financial blunder of my adult life.

That Alfa would CRUSH ya.

It has TWO cams.

...and they're waay up on top of th' engine where God an' everybody can see 'em. And those whacky induction units called "Webers".

It woulda gone to the island's crusher six months after purchase.

It's a word problem!
Greg has a motorcycle.
The motor has twice the cams as pistons.
Greg starts heading East @ 85 MPH to Ohio.
How many pistons does the engine have?

too....

:smirk:

Yeah, the Mrs has already shut off further cash
influx into the TR6. I badly need a new valve trane but that ain't
gonna happen this year. I need my thrust washers replaced and that
ain't gonna happen either.

The $48K was spread out over 3 years. Fix one thing, then another
thing broke up. Fix it and then another thing broke up.
You get the picture. I've replaced the entire car except engine
and head and body skin..

Tinster. Just out of curiosity, how did you get involved with this car.Im not trying to be funny.I think you might need a little help and direction.I have seen many people taken for a ride, money wise, over the years with LBC's.I cant fathom that kind of money being spent and not have a concours perfect car, unless you're dealing with crooks.
