A seller at the Lime Rock Park Historic Festival--I believe it is John Esposito of Quantum Mechanics--has a 3.54 differential, complete and mounted in the housing, for sale at the swap meet for $900.00. The teeth on the ring gear looked good--I did not examine the pinion.
