Here.

Just thought I'd point this out. I know nothing more about this car than what is listed, although it happens to be located fairly close to me.

Gangway!

Here comes Rich Rock with the missing back glass!

No title in Ohio means no title. The seller isn't going to help so the buyer may be screwed. Check with your state DMV before bidding. I'd be all over it if there was a title, but there is NO WAY I could fix the title here in KY.

Good Luck
Steve

Good point.
I've never done it, but I know others that have managed to get a title for a car in Ohio that is missing one. I can't comment on what they had to go through to do it, though.

have a state trooper do a check to make sure it's not stolen. take that report to a county judge and utilize power of attorney to file for "lost title" take that paperwork to DMV to get a new title issued.

Mostly frequent the triumph forum....
I love TVR, but this auction looks suspicious...

1. Seller has ZERO feedback. SCAM.
2. NO TITLE = parts car, JUNK....
3. The Payment instructions scream SCAM:
Seller expect full payment within 3 business days after the close of auction. No partial payments or deposits. No exceptions. I will accept a wire transfer or bank check, cashiers check, or money order. I will accept Paypal for full payment, although buyer pays all paypal service fees. Will give my Paypal ID upon request.
