Another "keeper" lens.
 
The more I use this lens, the more I like it. The equivalent of (approximately) a 35~120 for an FX camera/lens combo, suits as a 'walkabout' optic. Not as 'fast' as the 17~55, but much less weight and less obtrusive for rambling around in public.

State Fair here is starting on February 9th, always a good "people watching" opportunity.

I always love walking about at state fair here. So many photo opportunities.
That's an interesting zoom range. I don't think Canon has an equivalent. There's a 24-70 and one that I have, the 24-105. Yours seems to fit nicely in between those two.
