2009 Dallas All British Car & Motorcyfcle Day

Yesterday, I spent the day at the 2009 Dallas All British Car & Motorcycle Day.

Rather than upload 25 pictures here, I made a web page to show you some of the "Iron" on display.

It REALLY made me want to go get another mid-60s Bonneville. I've had 4, a Norton Atlas, and a BSA Rocket 3 with a full Vetter Phantom III fairing.

The Vincent is beautiful, hand-made perfection.

A friend of mine has a '59 Bonneville, the first year of production. Bought it in pieces from New Zealand. He also rides a '63 Norton Atlas (750), nice bike. I rode it about 65 miles one day, it is impressive for 60 year old technology.

Old bikes, a whole different world of motoring!
