Kewl... just more urgent motivation!

Looks preaty good from here. What's left?

Put suspension back under it (out for cleaning, painting, etc & about half back under), build roll cage, hook up wiring to dash, fluids, bleed hydraulics, miscellaneous & then test....picking up a used set of Hoosier A3S04 DOT Auto-X race tires (205x50x15) Monday....gotta mount them & see what'll have to be done to make them fit up underneath (once the rear end is back under her)

We've got until the last weekend in October (26-28th) to get ready but we want to auto cross it a couple of times beforehand & we'd like to make a few passes down the drag strip (got a free set of slicks in FEDEX) beforehand.

Thanks for dredging up those old feelings of racing,
auto-x,hillclimb.Seeing your car does that to me.
Thanks! (I think).

build roll cage

[/ QUOTE ]Is that for the pre-GRM Challenge races, Tony? I thought a GRM coupe/hadtop didn't have to have one unless it ran <12 second 1/4 mile times. Are you going to run that fast? Does it have a nitrous injection system? /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/thumbsup.gif

Steve - gotta test it out here at home in a couple of SCCA auto-x's & at the local dragstrip...so might as well go ahead & do the roll bar/cage (if budget allows)...we don't know how fast itsgonna be yet but we've doubled (plus some) the horsepower & lightened her to less than a roadster...
