General MG 2001 MGF 1.8 Steptronic Flywheel locking tool

Seeking a bit of advice.
I've started a cambelt change on my 2001 MGF Steptronic, it's a bit of a project car, so a bit of work on it now and again.
Reading how to progress, I realise that I need to lock the flywheel to get the crank pulley off.
I've seen a flywheel locking tool out there, but before proceeding to purchase it, I was wondering if there's anyone who can tell me the correct tool for locking an Auto box flywheel?
Is it the same tool for a manual gearbox? Again, I assume it will be as the tool fits where the starting motor fits.
A part number would also be appreciated too.
Many thanks
