TR6 1973 TR6 strombergs

They (Moss, TRF, Victoria British) sell damper oil.. but something equivalent to 20 or 30 wt motor oil is about the right viscosity for most people.
If you get a motor oil designed for high mileage engines, there will be a additive that might prolong the life of the damper well O-ring seal.
