Hello to all!
My name is Doug Southworth from Georgetown, Kentucky. I recently purchased a very well kept 1972 MGB with aproximately 64,000 miles on her. The car has had extensive work done by PO's, for which I am grateful, as I'm a bit removed from the "piddling" that may be required to keep her running smooth. I'll be looking at the extensive body of sound advice and experience found in this forum.
I had previously owned a 1969 MGB before entering the military service in 1970. Unfortunately, my older brother totaled the car while I was overseas. After 50 plus years I had often thought of the feel of the road and the air in that little gem of a car. Now, it's like a love affair rekindled and I am loving it!
I'm looking forward to reading the posts and making new friends!
