T-Series 1967 MGB GT Clutch

What am I looking at in time & money to replace the clutch in a 1967 MGB GT. I am not exactly sure what is bad but from what I am told the car "needs a clutch".
Worst case to best case scenario. I am going to look at the car this weekend.
Also what I am told is that the seller is the original owner and the car has not moved in 12 years. Supposedly 66K on the OD.
 
You're looking at removing the engine/trans from the car for clutch replacement, if you determine that the car indeed needs it. If it's been sitting for 12 years, it may just be frozen or rusted to the flywheel. There's several good 'field' methods of separating a frozen/rusted clutch.

Time/money wise, it depends on several things, like if you do the work yourself or hire it out to a shop. A clutch kit itself isn't too pricey though: $144.95 for a Borg & Beck clutch kit from Moss, plus an extra $5 or so for an alignment tool.

I would most likly do the work myself. What are field methods I could use to free this up?
 
Sawzal, hehe, or start by rocking the car a bit in gear with clutch released. We will tell ya more if that dosn't work.
