Can anybody tell me what the following items added to the USA invoice price of a BJ8 in 1966?

AM Push Button Radio
Whitewall tires
Heater
Adjustable steering solumn
Tonneau Cover
Wire wheels

I have heard that the heater was $74 and the Wire wheels $117

If you haven't guessed, I'm trying to back into what a 1967 BJ8 cost new?

As my other guesses were wrong; What did a BJ8 list for? I have it as $3565.00.

Was the overdrive extra? My source says $233.80

What about the whitewalls?
