1953 R-Type Bentley

These photos are of a 1953 Bentley R-type. The location of where these were taken is unknown. The car was near Le Touquet, France in 1953. As to why is unknown. Any information would be appreciated. The church in photo 2 might be a clue, as well as the building in photo 3. The Bentley is presently in Charleston, SC. I am a friend of the owners.
