Hi Guys
My wife and I are into old movies and this weekend we did a Red Skelton movie marathon. One of the movies we watched was called "Watch the Birdie" from 1950. Apparently it's a remake of an old Buster Keaton flick called the "Camera Man". It stars Red (of course), Arlene Dahl and Ann Miller, Leon Ames and a few more recognizable faces. Not one of his best efforts but it was fun to watch.
Anyway to my surprise there is a 1948 or 49 MG TC featured in the storyline. It first turns up in a scene with Arlene Dahl driving it and then again for about the last 15 minutes of the movie in a chase scene.
So if you like Red Skelton and want to see a TC in a chase, check it out. We watched it on TCM, but it's available Prime and Apple TV, but there is a rental fee.
