Hey all. Glad to be here. I recently purchased a 1948 Autsin A40 Dorset from my uncle. It was an old racecar back in the 60's and I am currently in the process of bringing it back to life. I do not have any photos on this computer to post but hopefully I can get some up soon. Even though this site may be for restorers/stock builds, I am hoping to find information along the way with original parts that I plan on using for my build.

As of right now, I plan on building the car as it was in the 60's as a gasser drag racer, just with my own personal touch. I look forward to being able to tap into all the knowledge that is here and hopefully I can share some that I have obtained over time.

welcome and sounds like a fun cool project
