I have the radiator and fan out and the engine mounts removed. I have the socket and ratchet to remove the nut that holds the crankshaft pulley. How do I get it off? Any suggestijons, I haven't been able to get it off without turningover the eninge which I have placed it in gear with the e-brake on.

An air gun is usually the quickest and most efficient method. This nut can be rather tight. another way is to block the breaker bar on a chunk of wood and engage the starter momentarily. USE CAUTION keep fingers and pets clear, and be sure you have blocked it against the rotation of the engine, other wise tools will fly and break stuff.
