1500 5 speed?

...and all for only $5000 plus labour! /bcforum/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/wink.gif

A local (Ottawa) fellow put a Spitfire 5-speed in his 1500. As I understand it, it required some widening of the transmission tunnel (read: propane torch and scissor jack) and a trans mount fabricated out of stock steel tubing.

If you're interested, I'll see if I can dig it up...

i have seen it, the scissor jack thing...well seemed kinda crude to me.

I would think that Quantum Mechanics can beat that price signifigantly

As I understand it, the t-9 requires a bit of cutting in the tunnel.

Dude,
where's my car...in that description? It says TR250/TR6 thru '72. Did the link not work?
