1275 camshaft

I have a 74 MG with the 1275 engine.

I am beginning the engine assembly and inspecting that the cam bearings are aligned with the oil ports. I noticed that the rear cam bearing does not have an oil hole in it.

Being my first British engine build I did not know if this is correct, or should there be an oil passage in the rear cam bearing?

Thanks for any enlightenment.

It's oiled by the oil pump, and thereforth does not get fed by a oil galley like the center and front cam bearing does, meaning no hole in the rear cam bearing is correct.
