100m Cold Air Box Grommets

Anybody know of a source for these cold air box grommets that accept the overflow tubes form the float chambers (Anderson/Moment page 39 upper left photo)? I remember someone once telling me at a show that a '53 Hudson (or some such silliness) had a similar fitting. Any ideas?
