At speeds over 50 MPH my lower windshield seal starts to flap and hit the body making noise. Does this happen to other 100 owners? I used a heat gun to try and get the seal flush, it worked some but not 100%.

Did you glue the end and use your heat gun as you pulled a bit of tension? Mine doesn't flap; at least not that I can hear.

Jon,I didn't install the seal if that's what your asking. The seal was already installed when I bought the car, seems like it's been on there for a while.

Windshield up or windshield down? Never had a problem with flapping with the windshield up, but with the windshield in "racing" position mine would start flapping terribly over 35 mph or so. Looked really cool down, but never liked driving around with it that way.

glemon, with the windshiels in "race" position.
