100-4 Fuel Gauge

Hi, I normally hang around the Triumph forum, but have a question concerning a fuel gauge I had in my TR3...see pic below. I've since replaced it with a proper TR3 gauge. The Triumph guys said that it came from a 100-4. It never worked right in my TR3, despite trying to calibrate it. The TR3s use a 0-90 ohm sending unit. What I'd like to know, is what in the ohm range for the 100-4 fuel sender.

Also, what is one of these worth in good working order?

There are some numbers hidden by the angle of your photo that might tell if it is in fact for a 100-4.
At a British car show last weekend there were about 20 of those of about 15 to 20 bucks.

And this thing works, but I just need to know the ohm range of the sender so I can fine tune the calibration, as I messed with it for use in the TR3.
