.030 Pistons & Rings

Gentlemen:

I'm in the process of rebuilding a 1275. I am going to put in it new .030 over pistons & rings.

I can buy these new through Moss/VB but I thought I would ask here first if anyone has surplus/spares the want to unload in order to make a few $$$.

I need these by next Saturday, as I am going to NJ (where the engine is) on 7/27 to do the work.

Check prices at BPNorthwest.com , they may have AE in 8.8:1 in .030 over. Last I checked they were out of stock on the 21253 .030 overs.

I just had my 1275 rebuilt. I would highly recommend https://www.northwestimportparts.com/ for parts. They were over $80 less than Moss for the same .030 over pistons. My machinist recommended the Mahle pistons with three rings instead of 4, but budget prevailed and I was "frugal."
